Effective October 31, 2026. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This applies to eBooks, audiobooks, digital workbooks, soundtracks, videos, and digital bundles.

Exceptions and assistance

We will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and technical problems preventing access that our support team cannot resolve. Applicable legal refund rights remain in effect.

Generally nonrefundable situations

After access is provided, changes of mind, failure to use a product, and dissatisfaction with its content generally do not qualify for a refund.

Requesting support

Email support@thestopplayinnuniverse.com with the order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.

Subscriptions

If subscriptions are offered later, cancellation stops future recurring charges in accordance with disclosed terms; past charges are not automatically refundable except as required by law.

Immediate access

After successful payment confirmation, purchased products will be unlocked immediately in the customer's digital library. Account creation or login instructions will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Included content

Customers will be able to access only the eBooks, audiobooks, workbooks, music, videos, and other digital materials included in their specific purchase. Access does not necessarily mean a downloadable file is provided.

No shipping

No physical goods are shipped for products labeled digital.

Access problems

If a customer cannot access purchased content, contact support@thestopplayinnuniverse.com. Automatic access and account emails will be tested before sales are activated.

Marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method; transactional account and purchase notices may still be sent.

THE STOPPLAYINN UNIVERSE LLC plans to offer educational, informational, and entertainment content, including eBooks, audiobooks, digital workbooks, music, video, and bundles. Product contents will be described before purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. The planned Escaping No Man's Land eBook is $34.99 and Complete Transformation Bundle is $99. Applicable taxes and charges will be disclosed at checkout. Payment may be processed by Stripe or another authorized processor.

Access and accounts

After confirmed payment, customers are intended to receive immediate access to purchased content through a secure account, with login instructions sent by email. Customers must protect their login credentials and contact support if access fails. Delivery functionality must be tested before checkout is enabled.

Refunds

Digital sales are generally final once access is provided, except as required by law. See the full Refund Policy below.

Copyright and permitted use

Purchased content is licensed for personal, noncommercial use only. Customers may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit content without permission. Rights remain with the respective rights holders.
